    [Resumen] Actualmente, la sociedad está siendo testigo de una revolución en lo que se refiere a la forma de interactuar con una marca, así como de consumir moda. A pesar de que apenas fue hace solo unas décadas cuando los lugares de venta online (e-commerce) nacían, y los mercados empezaban a estar conectados gracias a la red ahora a nadie le sorprende hacer un pedido a través del teléfono móvil y realizar el pago online. Sin embargo, en ese momento los datos que tenían las empresas de sus consumidores eran escasos y los usuarios eran considerados de una forma idéntica y alineada. Hoy en día estamos ante un escenario totalmente diferente; el consumidor tiene acceso a una gran cantidad de información lo que le convierte en un ser proactivo y exigente. Es esto por lo que actualmente las marcas se ven en la obligación de diferenciarse y adaptar su oferta a las necesidades de los usuarios si buscan situarse de forma competitiva en un mercado cada vez más rivalizado.     Troubleshooting is a labor-intensive task that includes repetitive solutions to similar problems. This task can be partially or fully automated using text-similarity matching to find previous solutions, lowering the workload of technicians. We develop a systematic literature review to identify the best approaches to solve the problem of troubleshooting automation and classify incidents effectively. We identify promising approaches and point in the direction of a comprehensive set of solutions that could be employed in solving the troubleshooting automation problem

    A revolução digital acelerou o processo da convergência e está mudando a maneira como as marcas se relacionam com seu público. O marketing digital é amplamente explorado para posicionar e criar uma atmosfera de valores em torno da marca, vendendo, assim, mais que produtos: um estilo de vida. Para contrapor os valores defendidos por uma marca e a percepção do público acerca dos mesmos, este trabaho consiste em um estudo de caso da comunicação digital da marca Do Bem, empresa carioca que produz sucos naturais em caixinha, presente no mercado brasileiro desde 2009, e chegando, em 2013 a exportar seus produtos. A pesquisa constituiu-se em três etapas: apresentação dos valores divulgados pela marca, análise das redes sociais online Facebook e Twitter e pesquisa com consumidores presentes na rede, por meio de netnografia. O estudo visa contribuir para a literatura de marketing digital e convergência, oferecendo uma aplicação prática de conceitos teóricos

Ele é produzido em parceria entre o Laboratório de Estudos Avançados de Jornalismo (LABJOR) na Universidade Estadual de Campinas e o Departamento de Antropologia na Universidade de Brasília. O artigo discute o que é podcast, podcasting, podosfera, podcasts como divulgação científica, e o formato de podcasting em Antropologia para as atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Apresenta e reflete sobre as etapas de produção do Mundaréu e seu processo de criação no último biênio.This article is about characterizing the creation process of Mundaréu, one of the first Anthropology podcasts launched in Brazil.     The objective of the essay, through a qualitative and quantitative explanatory research, is to perform tests with the Autodesk Revit ® computer program, based on BIM technology, using Autodesk ® Insight360 and Green Building Studio tool to of a real model, with the thermal properties of the materials, generate the thermo-energetic simulation of a building that uses Pinus elliottii Glued Laminated Wood (MLC) as a structural element of beams and roof, seeing the material as a high potential product for constructive elements beyond sustainability by applying it. The analyzes of energy efficiency and material behavior were performed so that it was found that the results obtained together with the materials used in construction, especially the MLC, are adequate for the comfort parameters established by the standards and making it allied to construction precepts and bioclimatic architecture.El objetivo del ensayo, a través de una investigación explicativa cualitativa y cuantitativa, es realizar pruebas con el programa informático Autodesk Revit ®, basado en la tecnología BIM, utilizando Insight360 y Green Building Studio del Autodesk ®,  para de un modelo real, con las propiedades térmicas de los materiales, generan la simulación termoenergética de un edificio que utiliza Madera Laminada Impregnada (MLC) del género Pinus elliottii como elemento estructural de vigas y techo, viendo el material como un producto de alto potencial para elementos constructivos más allá de la sostenibilidad al aplicarlo. Los análisis de la eficiencia energética y el comportamiento del material se realizaron de manera que se descubrió que los resultados obtenidos junto con los materiales utilizados en la construcción, especialmente el MLC, son adecuados para los parámetros de confort establecidos por las normas y lo hacen aliado preceptos de construcción y arquitectura bioclimática.O objetivo do ensaio, através de uma pesquisa explicativa com caráter qualitativo-quantitativo, é a realização de testes com o programa computacional Autodesk Revit ®, baseado na tecnologia BIM, com a utilização da ferramenta Insight360 e Green Building Studio  da Autodesk ®, para, através de um modelo real, com as propriedades térmicas dos materiais, gerar a simulação termoenergérica de uma edificação que usa a Madeira Laminada Colada (MLC) de Pinus elliottii como elemento estrutural de vigas e da cobertura, visto o material como um produto de alto potencial para elementos construtivos além da sustentabilidade ao aplicá-lo.     Betulinic acid-brosimine B hybrid compound has a synergistic effect with imatinib in chronic myeloid leukemia cell line, modulating apoptosis and autophagy

    Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disease characterized by the formation of the BCR-ABL (breakpoint cluster region-Abelson) oncoprotein. As many patients display therapeutic resistance, the development of new drugs based on semisynthetic products represents a new potential therapeutic approach for treating the disease. In this study, we investigated the cytotoxic activity, possible mechanism of action of a hybrid compound of betulinic acid (BA) and brosimine B in CML cell lines that are sensitive (K-562) and resistant (K-562R) to imatinib, in addition to evaluating lower doses of imatinib in combination with the hybrid compound. The effects of the compound, and its combination with imatinib, on apoptosis, cell cycle, autophagy and oxidative stress were determined. The compound was cytotoxic in K-562 (23.57 2.87 M) and K-562R (25.80 3.21 M) cells, and a synergistic effect was observed when it was associated with imatinib. Apoptosis was mediated by the caspase 3 and 9 intrinsic pathway, and cell cycle evaluation showed arrest at G0/G1. In addition, the hybrid compound increased the production of reactive oxygen species and induced autophagy by increasing LC3II and Beclin-1 mRNA levels. Results suggest that this hybrid compound causes the death of both imatinib-sensitive and -resistant cell lines and may hold potential as a new anticancer treatment against CML

Imaging techniques are the standard for monitoring the therapy response in PDAC, but these techniques have considerable limits, including delayed disease progression detection and difficulty in distinguishing benign from malignant lesions. Extracellular vesicle (EV) liquid biopsy is an emerging diagnosis modality. Nonetheless, the majority of research for EV-based diagnosis relies on point analyses of EVs at specified times, while longitudinal EV population studies before and during therapeutic interventions remain largely unexplored. (2) Methods: We analyzed plasma EV protein composition at diagnosis and throughout PDAC therapy. (3) Results: We found that IgG is linked with the diagnosis of PDAC and the patient’s response to therapy, and that the IgG+ EV population increases with disease progression and reduces with treatment response. Importantly, this covers PDAC patients devoid of the standard PDAC seric marker CA19.9 expression. We also observed that IgG is bound to EVs via the tumor antigen MAGE B1, and that this is independent of the patient’s inflammatory condition and IgG seric levels. (4) Conclusions: We here propose that a population analysis of IgG+ EVs in PDAC plasma represents a novel method to supplement the monitoring of the PDAC treatment response.publishersversionpublishe

    Allometric growth of ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês lambs slaughtered with different subcutaneous fat thicknesses

    The objective of this work was to evaluate the allometric growth, the correlation of the cuts with the half carcasses, and the muscularity index of the leg of ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês lambs slaughtered with 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 mm of subcutaneous fat thickness (SFT). Twenty-four non-castrated male lambs were used, being distributed according to their weight into three collective pens. Slaughtering occurred as the lambs reached the SFT predetermined by ultrasound. The half carcasses were weighed, dissected, and separated into five cuts: neck, shoulders, rib, loin, and leg. These cuts were dissected and weighed into muscle, subcutaneous fat, intermuscular fat, and bone. In the shoulders, lambs with 2.0 and 4.0 mm SFT showed early growth. In the rib, this early precocity was observed in lambs with 4.0 mm SFT. The leg showed isogonic growth in lambs with 3.0 and 4.0 mm SFT and was the cut that best correlated with the half carcass, regardless of the SFT. The slaughter of ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês lambs with 4.0 mm of subcutaneous fat allows obtaining a better allometric growth of the shoulder, rib, and leg cuts, as well as a better leg muscularity index.O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o crescimento alométrico, a correlação dos cortes com as meia-carcaças e o índice de musculosidade da perna de cordeiros ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês abatidos com 2,0, 3,0 e 4,0 mm de espessura de gordura subcutânea (EGS). Utilizaram-se 24 cordeiros machos, não castrados, distribuídos de acordo com seu peso, em três baias coletivas. Os abates ocorreram à medida que os cordeiros atingiram a EGS pré-determinada por ultrassonografia. As meia-carcaças foram pesadas, dissecadas e separadas em cinco cortes: pescoço, paleta, costilhar, lombo e perna. Estes cortes foram dissecados e pesados em músculo, gordura subcutânea, gordura intermuscular e osso. Na paleta, cordeiros com 2,0 e 4,0 mm de EGS mostraram crescimento precoce. No costilhar, observou-se essa precocidade em cordeiros com 4,0 mm de EGS. A perna mostrou crescimento isogônico em cordeiros com 3,0 e 4,0 mm de EGS e foi o corte que melhor correlacionou-se com a meia-carcaça, independentemente da EGS.
